Sincere condolances to Fran, Donna and family on the passing of Roger. You are in my thoughts.
Fran, So sorry to read about Roger. He was a great guy. I remember the good old times at the Fire Dept. and Ladies Auxiliary. Thinking of you and your family. God Bless.
Dear Fran, My Mom was shocked to see Roger’s obituary in the Connecticut Post. Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. It is hard to believe you are a great-grandmother. You are blessed with a wonderful family. We were also saddened to learn that your sister-in-law Joan has passed. Please give sympathies to Don. Do you remember we used to live next door to Joan and Don? Where have the years gone? Warmest regards, Mary DeVaney and Mary Ellen Granberg
I was saddened to learn of Roger’s passing. Roger and I were friends growing up together in Bridgeport’s Seaside Village. He lived on Cole street, and I lived around the corner on Sims street. He was a year ahead of me in Roosevelt School and Bassick High, but we spent a lot of time together playing baseball, football, basketball and swimming at Seaside Park & the YMCA, along with our friend Harold Silvernail. Did you know in our sports playing days his nickname was “MIGHTY”. We used to say “here comes Mighty Weed. As what most always happends, we lost touch after high school, but we did share a lot of fun growing up together in the village.
My condolences to all the family.
Dear Fran and family,
