I personally will miss “Bopshi” very much. I truely enjoyed visiting with her and just being around her was always an absolute joy. She was ALWAYS pleasent and had an intoxicating laugh and smile. I was not born a Skiff but she accepted me into the Skiff family as if I had always been there. She and gramp and everyone in the family make me proud to wear the name Skiff. If this makes no sense it’s because I don’t know how to put down my feelings, but I know how I feel and I know that Bopshi will be very missed.
Speaking for the whole family, thank you for your comments and our Mom will surely be missed. She was a very generous person and would give you the shirt off of her back if she felt you needed it!
Goodby Mom! You will be missed! We will see you on the other side!
With Love, David!
My condolences to the whole family, esp to David , Sue and Diane.
I got to know Sophie as my Bahama Mama and she was a real joy to go on vacation with back in the 90’s and also at her home in Cambridge. She was funny and loved to laugh and I’m sure she will be missed greatly!
I will very much miss Aunt Sophie. She was always jovial and full of life. I’m sure she is reminiscing with other dearly departed family and friends.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
I miss you Mom. I wish that I could call you and talk for awhile. Maybe we could make plans for our next trip to TX.. I know that you are in a better place now, but that doesn’t stop me from missing you. I love you.
